Welcome to Beginner Boot Camp!

This program is designed for the true beginner or for someone who has had an extended stay from physical fitness due to injury or illness.

This is a 6 week program that will start with the basics. We will progress slowly through each week as you improve your physical fitness. This is for all ages, 13-17 year olds must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian to participate. All classes are 30 minutes long and we will have fun! Starting May 27th Monday at 4:30 pm and Thursday 6:00 pm $15 Drop in or $120 for the whole program, that's one week free! I need 4 participants, click the link with any questions or to register.
