Summer is here…

Poolside Circuit Boot Camp starts June 1st. This is a fun workout using a variety of equipment throughout the yard. Burn some calories and have fun doing it! $50 for the month of June or $15 walk in fee. Space is limited. Reserve your spot by sending a text to 508-360-3881 by 6pm Friday.


Strength Training Clinic for Beginners

Strength training for beginners is a 4 week program on Monday and Friday at 4:30 pm starting Monday June 3rd and ending Friday June 28th. We will be starting with the very basics using dumbbells and kettlebells and advancing to the barbell as you get stronger! Build a little muscle and burn a lot of calories! Sign up by text at 508-360-3881. The clinic is $80 paid before or on the first day via paypal, venmo, apple pay or cash/check in hand.
