Beginner Boot Camp
30 Minute class for the true beginner or for someone who is looking for a less intense workout. Starting in April
30 minute class suitable for all levels. Modifications will be shown taking into consideration injuries and limitations. This class is different each week, incorporating a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands and more! Monday at 5:15 pm
45 Minute class using a wide variety of equipment. This class is done in a circuit style and you may work in teams or with a partner for some exercises. Battle ropes, TRX, slam balls and more! This is a fun interval class guaranteed to work your entire body. Participants will work at their own level. Saturday 9:00 am
Boot Camp Circuit
This is a 30-45 minute class designed to introduce you to proper form and lifting technique. Focusing on 1 or 2 body parts per class using dumbells, barbells, kettle bells, lebert bars and TRX to strengthen and tone. Thursday 5:15 pm
